1. You may elect to cancel your request for beauty services opted through website at any time before 1 hour or such Service Professional’s arrival, in which case you may be charged a cancellation fee i. If the beautician has left for your service flat Rs 100 cancellation charges. ii. If the beautician has arrived at your place flat Rs 200 will be deducted as part of the cancellation. Glam Makeover reserves the right to charge you, or otherwise deduct applicable taxes regarding such cancellation fee. Waiving of any cancellation fee /applicable taxes will be at Glam Makeover’s sole right and discretion. The amount will be refunded within 3-5 working days to the same account from which payment has been made.

2. No cancellation charge will apply if you have rescheduled any service booking before 1 hr. Also, in case of unforeseen incident (accident, etc.) and no show of beautician, you are entitled to get a full refund
